LinkedIn Post: AI SEO Truth battle

I’ve noticed an interesting shift recently. Something quite personal but insightful. My mom and her friends suddenly stopped googling. They’ve installed DeepSeek and other GPT style like apps on their smartphones and switched entirely from web search to AI for daily routine, hobbies, interests, product checks, and even daily reminders. This isn’t just about changing search habits — it’s also about some kind of trust. And that trust shifted dramatically from web search results with full of SEO-optimized noise, competitors’ paid positions, and fakes sites to a clear gpt responses.

This makes me think: Is traditional SEO dead?
We spent years battling for attention on Google’s first page, navigating through keyword-stuffed content, paid positions, and competitors. Now, the battle is different. It’s a «battle of or for truth.» AI SEO demands authentic, accurate, and reliable content and sources. No longer about catchy keywords or flashy titles, but about providing genuine truth that AI gpt assistants or agents can use as a trusted source. AI SEO or AI Optimization?

Agencies on the market, of course, are already deep into this new reality, but I strongly believe that brands themselves will become key players in ensuring their truths reach AI systems and warehouses.

AI is everywhere and powerful but also getting tired. So here’s a real photo made by myself because a little human touch is more important.
