В тот период я работал в непрямых закупках, и меня занимал один и тот же сюжет: как голосовые интерфейсы, распознавание речи и первые массовые ИИ-сервисы меняют рутинные бизнес-процессы.
Это закрытая глава. Сегодня я не работаю в закупках и не выступаю по этой теме как эксперт. Тексты оставлены как есть, без правок и без переписывания под нынешние взгляды — они точно передают, о чём я думал тогда, и часть наблюдений про голос и ИИ оказалась верной раньше, чем это стало общим местом.
